Life is best with a support system. Pilates organizes and optimizes EVERY body to carry you through this human experience.

 

As a life long fitness professional, I blend over 20 years as a Pilates instructor with life experience to guide, coach, and support every client towards feeling better within their body. My first Pilates studio was in a gym environment.

 

This time, I'm excited to offer a private studio that provides a safe place for learning, moving, and feeling your best.

WHAT IS
PILATES?

Pilates is a form of exercise that uses mindful awareness to balance and strengthen the body. Its focus on the smaller muscles of the torso provides a strong foundation for athletic pursuits, general fitness, and overall well-being.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Call, text,  or email for an introductory session. You can see the studio, and we can have a conversation on how best to meet your needs.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP MAT CLASSES?

Yes. I currently offer two Wednesday morning classes: 9:00 a.m. & 10:30 a.m. Also, if you have a group of friends we can schedule classes based on the group's preference. Group classes usually include 4 to 6  participants.
