MAT PILATES

Join me for Pilates mat work and train your way to a healthy body and mind. These techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of coordination and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. SCHEDULE

New Class Schedule Effective June 2024

Wednesdays

9:00 am – Plank You Pilates

A class for those who are comfortable with Pilates and the mat exercises. Use props like foam roller, ball, magic circle, and weights to explore classical Pilates mat moves.

 

10:30am – Flex & Flow Pilates

Multi-level class that uses Pilates principles for mobility, alignment, gentle strength, and flexibility

Private Groups and Personal Training Sessions are scheduled throughout the week by appointment.
